I need not tell you what happened in 2020. The world went mad, and Christians were unprepared for this, utterly so. And the response of the church was to complain that their buildings were closed! They complained in the United States that their constitutional "rights" were being violated. They whined that their churches were suffering!

Now, I want to share with you what the Lord spoke to me on 19 March, 2020. I shared this message with friends and leaders in the church shortly afterward.

What you have been experiencing is a birth pang. I the Lord have brought this to pass as both a judgment and a warning to the world, in part to draw people to Me, that they may be saved before the days of sorrow which are to come.

It is time to prepare My people to become MATURE and to be made ready to endure real suffering and persecution that is coming upon the world in a very short time.

Raise up for Me a people wise in My word, with knowledge and a maturity to speak the truth in the midst of great opposition.

Again, the subject of maturity was raised, indicating that the Lord needs us to understand that only mature Christians will fare well in the troubling times that lie ahead of us. His plea is simple, to raise up in His church a people of maturity in their knowledge of the word, and who are prepared to face great opposition.

Let me now turn to the two warnings I was given here in the beginning of January, 2021. In the first warning, here is verbatim what I was given:

“The winds of change are rising,” declares the Lord, and they are about to sweep across the land and spare nothing and no one who is against the work of the Lord and the plans of the Lord. “And they shall suffer the things they have caused others to suffer and they will fall into their own snares and traps and be held captive by their own plans for captivity of others whom they resist and whom they are against.”

Those whom they call enemies will in fact not be the enemies of the Lord, they will be agents of the Lord.

Over the years, we have been warning you that things are not going to happen in the way so many teachers and so-called prophets have been trying to insist will happen. They have been telling God's people that they will not see calamity, suffering, hardship or persecution. The simple questions that must be posed to these teachers and so-called prophets is clear:

Why should we here in the United States, and the West as a whole be excluded from any suffering when we look to China, North Korea, Muslim run nations, and Africa and see so many Christians suffering persecution, imprisonment, torture and execution?

Why should they suffer so much and we in the West not suffer in the least?

It makes absolutely no sense at all, particularly when we look upon the Church in Europe, and see it is utterly compromised. We have witnessed Islamic clerics being invited into one church, for example, in Germany to pray in the sanctuary during a Sunday service. To engage in giving such an invitation implies the priests of the Christian host church believe Christians and Muslims worship the same God. It is not the case.

We do not worship the same God as Muslims. The god of the Muslims is cruel, merciless and claims to have no son. The Islamic view of Jesus, whom they call Isa, is that he was not the Son of God, but merely a prophet. Further, they claim Isa will return one day and deny everything the Bible says he spoke as truth, and declare Allah the one true god, and the Madhi as his sent "saviour".

In the United States, more and more churches are capitulating to the acceptance of practicing gay and lesbian people in their midst. They are declaring gay/lesbian practices as "normal" and "natural", in direct contradiction to scripture. Yes, we must love even gay/lesbian people. But we do not then also declare they are not sinning against God in their ongoing gay and lesbian sexual activities. Sin is still sin, even if Christians want to redefine it as something other than wrong. It is still sin, regardless of how you want to frame the argument. If your argument contradicts what scripture says, you are wrong. Yes, it is that simple.

If scripture is the final authority on all matters, then gay and lesbian sexual practices are sin and wrong, and cannot be condoned or excused under any circumstances. These folks need to be told it is sin and that they must put it away from themselves and repent of their lifestyle.

People who hold to the authority of scripture as final are fast becoming an enemy of the progressive movement rising within the Church. Read the warning again. Those who oppose the work and plans of the Lord shall suffer the things they have caused others to suffer (persecution, ostracizing, demonizing), falling into the snares of their own making.

God is engaged in the cleansing of His church, His people. God is standing to judge the people of God, beginning with the elders and princes (leaders/pastors). This process began just last year, 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic, around March.

At that time, God told me quite clearly that the pandemic was brought to pass by His hand, and that this pandemic is a birth pang. It has affected virtually the whole of the world. This is how we know it is just that: a birth pang and a signal of the coming Tribulation.

Let me now share a second word I received during prayer just a few short days later.

Darkness is coming. There is no more reprieve. It will creep on slowly like a fog (fills a bay?) …. Coming in from the sea, at first it will be inconsequential, but it will continue to thicken as a fog thickens, slowly overtaking all that it touches.

Across this nation, even across the world, the darkness is growing, has already begun in disparate places. Unseen by most, but soon to be experienced by many, this cannot be prayed away because the plans of the Lord take precedence over the prayers of desperate people who only prayed because now they see the danger that after it’s too late they refused to pray and honour God beforehand. Now in desperation they reach out to God, like a deathbed confession, or a condemned man walking to the execution. Prayers are not as heartfelt as they want to believe, so the Lord does not hear them because they do not come from a place of sincerity but from a place of desperation.

The Darkness here can only mean demonic activities and influence. We can look at the actions in the days after 6 January, 2021, where the media companies, both network and online, literally censored the sitting President of the United States from addressing the American people via normal channels of access.

Think about that. The power these companies have amassed, that they could literally shut down access to the American people by the President, preventing him from addressing them should give you great concern. You should see this, too, as a very stark and clear sign of things to come.

Consider, too, how passive the Church in the West has been over the past 50 years, having retreated into their safe spaces, their buildings, and neglecting the Great Commission within their own countries. Yes, they sent missions here and there in the third world, but stop reaching out within their own communities.

In 2020, as the pandemic raged across the United States and elsewhere, how many churches set up food banks to help people struggling to even put food on the table? I have heard of churches choosing to take the opportunity of their buildings being empty to do rennovations which, in too many cases, were unnecessary. They chose the building over the people!

Yes, you read that right. And I have seen and heard that other churches across the United States did nothing, absolutely nothing for their congregations - except go online and then insist that people still need to send in their tithes, offerings and gifts! Don't forget to keep doing this!

The pastors all over are known for saying, "The church is not a building." But, when it comes right down to it, as it did in 2020, apparently the church IS the building because almost every single pastor was struggling to keep the building, even having no problem using guilt to make people reach into their pockets and give, give, give!

I sat in horror as I watched one video where this man was teaching pastors how to compel - yes compel - their congregants to continue to give money to their churches, even as they struggled to put food on the table, pay the bills, even struggling to pay the rent or mortgage to keep their families off the streets.

This is the Darkness that is overtaking the world, the Church, God's people. As the word says, it is unseen by most, but soon to be experienced by many...and it will not be prayed away.

God's people have not been praying, and so now that they have begun to pray - after the disaster has struck - it is prayer in desperation by a people who did not, even refused, to heed the warning God's true messengers have been giving. But they chose to listen to the false prophets who said calamity will not come upon the United States. Every false prophet and teacher who has taught this will be dealt with by God, because men refuse to admit the truth, that these so-called prophets of God were and are in fact messengers of Satan, lacking all discernment to know the difference between God's voice and the voice of the enemy.

I want to repeat something here. God told me the pandemic was a birth pang. You need to pay attention. Look at the carnage this birth pang has caused across the earth. Now, here is what you need to know:

Another birth pang is coming. Soon.

Yes, as scripture has warned us, that the earth will suffer birth pangs as the return of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ looms closer and closer, you need to begin to prepare. Now. Go into your prayer closet and ask the Lord to forgive your complacency, and seek His wisdom as to what you can do. Time is growing short. I cannot tell you when this next birth pang is coming, but it will be soon, perhaps before June, perhaps before the end of the year, maybe early in 2022. I do not know. But if the Lord should tell me, I will tell you. But be sure of this: it is coming soon.
